I am really on this new debate on wether or not sleep is all that it is cracked up to be. How important is it to dream while you bassically waste time that you could be working. I personally am a night hawk, I have the capabilty of staying awake and doing what I need to do. Why limit myslef to sleeping when I know that for every breathe that I waste another baby is loses his life. What I think I need to find is a confortable ballance between sleep work and leisure. This allows any potenial stress to be relieved from my thoughts. Looking at sleep from an optmistic angel, the satisaction of sleeping after a long days work is like heaven on earth. One can function a lot better with sleep. When you allow your body to get the prpoer rest your able to live life lest stressed out. The only problem with sleep in a sense is when you over due it. A person who is not concious of balance will be very frustrated. What I am beggining to realise about myself is that when there is something on your mind that you meditate on to much it can potentially drive you into unatrural sleeping habits. looking at all the greats I do beleive that they had a few sleepless nights pondering their very thoughts and dreams of how to make a positive difference with their lives. To conlcude, sleep is positive because it gives your body a peace and in my oponion allows you to performe to the best of your abilities.
